My videos don't have sound! |
Please ensure the camera's microphone is selected as the default recording device in Windows and that the recording volume is turned up.
Under Windows XP:
- Open the Sounds and Audio Devices Properties pane (Start - Control Panel - Sounds and Audio Devices).
- Select the “Audio” tab.
- Under “Sound recording,” ensure that the camera mic is selected as the Default device.
- Under “Sound recording,” click “Volume.” A mixer window will open. Ensure that “Mute all” is not selected, and move the volume slider to the top. Close the mixer window.
- Click “OK” on the “Sounds and Audio Devices Properties” window.
