Question Title My camera's video will not upload, Help!
Sometimes cameras have unique codecs that may export to common packages like "avi, wmv, mov, mp4". The codec is still proprietary so uploading may not be possible.

We recommend re-encoding the file with a 3rd party encoder such as "hand brake" a free open source solution: http://handbrake.fr/

The fastest uploading format will be "FLV". FLV is what we currently convert all videos to so they can be viewed quickly online.

If a 3rd party option cannot read the file you want to try downloading additional codecs .  You can download the Download the "Mega" Pack codec from here:  http://www.codecguide.com/download_mega.htm
