My camera's video will not upload, Help! |
Sometimes cameras have unique codecs that may export to common packages like "avi, wmv, mov, mp4". The codec is still proprietary so uploading may not be possible.
We recommend re-encoding the file with a 3rd party encoder such as "hand brake" a free open source solution: http://handbrake.fr/
The fastest uploading format will be "FLV". FLV is what we currently convert all videos to so they can be viewed quickly online.
