Behavior Connect provides a user friendly web based approach for requesting copies of documentation from another person and it also allows you to easily add pre-existing paper-based reports to you account. A unique fax cover page drives this process. The fax cover page is generated by Behavior Connect and instructs the person to fax the documentation to a dedicated toll free fax number.

To add a fax to your account, click on the Upload by Fax link. Select the individual who will be sending you the fax, type a request to them (optional), enter a Title, keywords, and Comments and Notes, and then click View.

This will generate a PDF cover sheet. Print the sheet out and follow the instructions given on it to fax it in to our toll-free line. After faxing, the document will be automatically added to your account.

This proprietary fax system comprises a HIPAA-compliant, accepted method of securely transmitting health information.
